Currently we are still in negotiations with the hotel, as after our recent meeting with the management we secured a large discount in our room rate, and are hopeful of further reductions.
There is no cost to members for gear transportation as with diligent bookkeeping by our club treasurer Neil Armstrong, money has been put aside to cover all costs.
