NOTE: NEW MEMBERSHIP FEES & REQUIREMENTS FOR THE 2011-12 SEASON

ALL COMPETING MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THEIR MEMBERSHIP AND COMPETITION FEES BY OCTOBER 31st. A LATE PAYMENT FEE OF $50 WILL APPLY FOR PAYMENTS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE

If you would like to become a member of Collaroy SLSC or want to renew your existing membership, please download and complete the Collaroy SLSC membership form and Working With Children form (at the bottom of this page), and send them to the address below with your membership fee and/or competition fees enclosed. In addition, for all competing members, please complete the Touring Team Code Of Conduct form (also at the bottom of this page)

If you're transferring from another club (either a full transfer or just a competitive transfer) you'll also need to fill in the transfer form. Click on the Transfers link on the left hand side to go to the Transfers page and download the form.
