NOTE: MEMBERSHIP FEES FOR THE 2012-13 SEASON

A schedule of Member Fees for the 2102-13 Season is attached.

If you would like to become a member of Collaroy SLSC or want to renew your existing membership, please download and complete the Collaroy SLSC membership form and Working With Children form (at the bottom of this page), and send them to the address below with your membership fee and/or competition fees enclosed.

Members can also renew their membership online, see the attached instructions

If you're transferring from another club (either a full transfer or just a competitive transfer) you'll also need to fill in the transfer form. Click on the Transfers link on the left hand side to go to the Transfers page and download the form.
