Membership

If you would like to become a member of Collaroy SLSC or want to renew your existing membership, please download and complete the Collaroy SLSC membership form and Working With Children form (at the bottom of this page), and send them to the address below with your membership fee and/or competition fees enclosed.

If you're transferring from another club (either a full transfer or just a competitive transfer) you'll also need to fill in the transfer form. Click on the Transfers link on the left hand side to go to the Transfers page and download the form.

LIFE MEMBERS No fee, but a membership form is required
DISTINGUISHED SERVICE, LONG SERVICE, ACTIVE RESERVE, OPEN, UNDER 19, UNDER 17, UNDER 15 & ASSOCIATE MEMBERS (if under 60 years)	$50
ANY CATEGORY 60 & OVER YEARS OF AGE	$10
PATROLLING / NON COMPETING MEMBERS	$10
COMPETITION LEVY (applies to competitors in all of the above categories)	$35
PATROLLING / NON COMPETING MEMBERS	$10
JUNIOR ACTIVITIES
UNDER 6 AND UNDER 7	$60
UNDER 8 TO UNDER 14	$90
ASSOCIATE NIPPER PARENTS This membership is for Nipper Parents who are involved in any Junior Activity.  It is recommended that both parents become Members for insurance purposes	$30
JUNIOR FAMILY MEMBERSHIP	$200

 

 Parents who compete at Carnivals are required to take out membership at the Senior Level
