Transfers - Competitive or Full

If you wish to transfer to Collaroy from another club you need to fill in a Transfer Form (see below). The same form is used if you wish to compete for Collaroy but also remain a member of your club. In either case you will be required to get your club to sign off on your membership status at your club (ie Active Reserve) and how many patrol hours you completed last season.

Once all the details have been filled out for you and your club, please mail the form to the Secretary at the below address, or fax it to  9971 0751.
